Vetri Summer Group Show at West Canal Yards

Vetri is pleased to present The Long Light, a vibrant summer group exhibition on view June 28 through July 26, 2025, at West Canal Yards. This exhibition showcases contemporary glass, print, and mixed media works by artists who explore form, surface, and light.
Featured artists include Ben Cobb, whose sculptural glass forms reflect a deep connection to science and the natural world; Cedric Mitchell, known for his bold, playful Modern Funk series and his ongoing work as a mentor and educator; Theresa Wingert, a filmmaker and printmaker whose monotypes are grounded in layered storytelling; and Meg Hartwell, whose vibrant prints reflect her background as both an artist and former operating room nurse, balancing precision and spontaneity in the monotype process.

We’re hosting a full-on day party on Saturday, July 12, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the Ship Canal. This is our first major summer celebration in the new space, and we’d love for you, your friends, neighbors, and the whole community to join us.
We’re marking the opening of The Long Light at Vetri and A Really Big Group Show at Traver Gallery with an afternoon of music, snacks, drinks, and sun. It’s an open invitation to all of our artists and to anyone who loves art and a good time.
