Mel Munsen

Mel Munsen’s work is created used fused murrini that is slumped many times in a kiln. Formerly a glassblower, Mel began fusing and casting glass over twenty years ago. His technical explorations have yielded remarkable results.

Mel earned a BS in Graphic Design from Portland State University. In 2001, he was invited to Murano to design for Salivate. He currently lives in Victoria and exhibits his work internationally.
