All the artwork shown at Vetri is handmade by artists and designers. Because your piece is handmade, there are often differences in form, size, shape, and color. Many artworks are one of a kind.

Additional Gallery Services

Yes! We are happy to create a custom gift certificate in any dollar amount. Gift certificates may be redeemed in-store or over the phone for up to one year after the date of purchase. Please call us directly at 206.667.9608 to purchase your custom gift certificate.

We do not currently offer online registry services but are always happy to work with you to create a hand-curated selection of gifts for your special event. Please call us or email us directly to set up your create your personalized wish-list.

We offer free valuation and insurance appraisals for artworks purchased from our gallery. We are not currently able to offer IRS-certified appraisals but are always happy to put you in touch with a certified appraiser.

Orders and Shipping

If you wish to make changes to an existing order that has not yet shipped, please contact us directly at 206.667.9608 or vetri@vetriglass.com. We will do our best to make the requested changes.

Orders placed between Sunday and midnight PST Thursday are fulfilled within 72 hours of receipt and always before the weekend.

All orders received after midnight PST on Thursday will be shipped the following week.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order processing times are provided as guidelines only.

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.

We are experts at packing fragile objects and experience very little loss during shipping. If you have questions about the way an artwork will be handled and shipped please contact the gallery directly.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. Should you receive any item broken or damaged keep all packing materials and boxes and contact us as soon as possible during business hours at 206.667.9608 or vetri@vetriglass.com. We will provide detailed information on what to do.

Because we insure all our shipments, charges are determined as a percentage of the value of the artwork rather than on the overall size and weight.  If you have questions about specific charges, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at vetri@vetriglass.com or 206.667.9608.

We do ship internationally, but we are unable to process international shipments for online purchases. If you would like to ship internationally, please call our gallery and work with a sales associate to coordinate shipping overseas. You can reach us during business hours at 206.667.9608 or via email at vetri@vetriglass.com.

Vetri does not give refunds. However, items with an original invoice may be exchanged for items of equal value within 30 days. If you wish to make a return, contact us during business hours at 206.667.9608 or via email at vetri@vetriglass.com.
