Carrie Gustafson
Carrie Gustafson received her BFA in Printmaking from Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island. She continued her studies, with a focus on glass sculpture and design, at Pilchuck Glass School (Stanwood, Washington), Penland School of Crafts (Bakersville, North Carolina), The Studio at The Corning Museum of Glass (Corning, New York), and Rosin Studio (Murano, Italy). Gustafson is the recipient of the Juror’s Choice Award from the Wayne Art Center Craft Forms 2018 Exhibition, the 2017 Massachusetts Cultural Council Craft Fellowship, 2015 Arts and Crafts Design Award, and the Susan Morgan and Joseph Scott Award for excellence in glass from The Smithsonian Craft Show. Gustafson currently works and resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
